Nurse-Home Visitor

The Baby Bear Hugs-Northeast Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) program provides parenting education and support, case management and resources through home visitation for first time mothers and their families in the Northeast Colorado Counties of Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma. Nurse visitors conduct in-home and virtual visits from the early prenatal period through the child’s second birthday.

•Hours: Three quarter time to Full time, total of .75-1.0 FTE. (30-40 hours a week)
•Area Covered: Kit Carson and Lincoln Counties

•Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for health insurance
(75%/25% employer/employee split)
•Employees working 24 hours or more per week are eligible for life insurance (100% covered by employer)
•Flexible schedule
