New Board Chair & Executives Add to New Leadership
DENVER, COLO. (March 15, 2023) — The National Service Office (NSO) for Nurse-Family Partnership ® and Child First announced today that the NSO Board of Directors has promoted Charlotte Min-Harris to president and CEO. Min-Harris has served as acting president and CEO since July and was previously chief operating officer.
In addition, the NSO Board of Directors promoted new leadership in February. Paurvi Bhatt, global healthcare executive, was named chair of the board. Richard Ostuw, community leader, was named vice chair of the board. David Kass, vice president of government affairs and legal resources at the Council on Foundations, was named chair of the governance committee. They join Todd Wenner, executive vice president of capital markets and investor relations at Vison and Beyond Capital, as finance chair.

At the National Service Office, Min-Harris’s leadership has strengthened the strategic direction, alignment, culture and planning for the organization.
As president and CEO, Min-Harris will continue to lead Nurse-Family Partnership and Child First to advance the organization’s mission to serve more families and achieve successful outcomes. In addition, she will oversee operational excellence and innovative strategies and build public and private support to grow the National Service Office’s capacity to impact communities. Min-Harris will build a culture of trust and advance diversity, equity and inclusion with external stakeholders as well as within the National Service Office.

Min-Harris brings over three decades of leadership, operations and strategic development experience. Before joining the National Service Office, she was the vice president of grants operations at Daniels Fund, a $1.5 billion private charitable foundation in Denver. While there, she led an effort to grow a low-income assistance program and implement it statewide. Min-Harris also spent several years as the chief operating officer with the Colorado and Wyoming office of the American Red Cross, where she managed the execution, forecasting and analysis of a $6 million operating budget, and implemented a comprehensive performance management system.
She holds a Master of Global Studies from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s and master’s in advertising from Michigan State University. Min-Harris is a member of Chief, a private women’s network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders as well as Women Leading Healthcare of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation.
Min-Harris lives in Vermont with her husband, Mike; son, Raymond; rescue dogs, Bradley and Pan; and two guinea pigs, Coffee and Tea.
